Default Untangle is restarting services by itself - take 2

Per dmorris I was asked to start a new thread on this for resolution.

Here goes:

Last night at approximately 7:30pm PST Web Browsing stopped working. I heard the CPU fan start going faster (this usually happens on this PC if I restart Untangle) but the machine did not reboot. Just the JAVA vm seemed to have restarted itself. I go into my RACK and all stats are is at zero's again.

I was ssh'd into the box the whole time. No loss of connectivity to it nor did the box reboot.

i could not telnet to port 53, could not ping yahoo.

This is a new clean install of UT 6.2. I had to install from a 6.1 disc and do a upgrade to 6.2. My 6.2 disc was having errors at the time when trying to reinstall. I did restore from a backup so I had all my settings, fw rules, packet filters, etc. the only thing I installed and enabled was NRPE and nagios-plugins for nagios montioring.

I also did not have this problem when running 6.1.

Any specific logs I should check and post here for this issue?
