Can't seem to unblock a page

There is a page an employee was trying to look at, the home page works fine, but all the other pages are being blocked because of /index_files/*.htm|

is how the webmaster has setup their pages. I disable that in adblocker, I have added the site to pass lists but we still get 403's when going to that site. Turn off adblocker and the site works fine.

Besides asking the person to fix their website is there something else I could adjust?

Put only the domain in the pass list in adblocker:
domaintopermit.com
No www, no /, no *.
Also take a look at the log of adblocker because some (many) sites have embebed links to other sites
