Ad-Blocker stopped blocking

Did a quick search and couldn't see anyone mentioning this.

I did a software upgrade on Monday evening and since then I've noticed a tonne of ads in my browsers, ones that I was quite used to not seeing.

We're currently running this version

Java: 1.6.0_20

We also have the professional package installed.

Ad-Blocker was installed and working, but now appears to not function. I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it, turning the application off and on, checking settings - all the items in the block list are ticket, but the figures in the ad-block rack application stay at 0 and no entries appear in the application event log.

Any thoughts?
