site in past list - still blocked

i have added a site to the pass list in Ad Blocker

http://www.pocketfives.com/

they have a banner using this URL

http://ads.pocketfives.com/www/deliv...%3Fbonus%3Dp5s

i allowed in ads.pokerfives.com into our pass list on Ad blocker but the add is still blocked.

i also added pokerview.com into the past list, still blocked

i turn off Ad Blocker - the banner works on that site..

Thoughts?

P.S the weird part is, logs dont show anything being blocked from my internal IP... but i turn off ad blocker and it works?
