speedtest.net, msn.com, comcast.net, has a few ads on it and when i went back to that site after a week or so all the aids showed up again.
so logged into UT box checked logs and seen that it was blocking them but i could still seeeee them???? uninstalled reinstalled with no luck dmorris help me again..... NOTE: i changed all hardware (upgrade fresh not importing) still no luck?? |

Take a look at the session viewer to see if all your traffic is going through the default rack and not bypassed.

yeah all in default, never setup nothing more. speedtest.net said blocked but still see ads.......

in the webfilter lite section block ip address connections it is a tickbox in there.

use the paid webfilter it has ad blocking as well. Sites are getting sneaky now with ads..they are now serving them from inside the primary domain url directly..so you can't just willy nilly block domains. Some get served over https...that makes it nearly impossible to block them.

It only blocks sites that match its rules.
If you look in the event log you can find the URL that was not blocked and see if any rules should have matched it. My guess is that there just isn't an updated rule. You can easily add new rules by clicking the add button.
