Bug? Not reporting correct IP / username?

Hi. I love Untangle.

Please see the attachment which is a picture of the events for "Protocol Control" and shows perhaps a bug in Untangle. It also contains the question.

Do you have Directory Connector? Username is only present if you are using the AD script or captive portal to assign the username to the IP address.

Yes we are paid Education Standard. The black box is hiding usernames from Directory Connector.

Is that server address yours? If so, this is probably inbound traffic.

There won't be a username as the usernames are mapped to IPs by the login script (or captive portal).

Resolved: Inbound traffic is blocked by Protocol Control as well.

Not a bug.
