Default Rule for range of IPs?

Did a recent install at a school, Education Premium edition for 50-150.
They do not have active directory there..it’s a small school, peer to peer network.
They need to block sites such as Facebook, various forum, and youtube…from the large student population of computers. They want to allow staff computers to bypass those rules.
So I set DHCP reservations for the staff computers…they get IPs from 192.168.1.40 to 192.168.1.69
I added all of those IP to the “allow IP’s” in the web filter.
But I don’t see an easy way to add them to the rules of the Application Control module…is there a way to add the IP range?

The best way to do this is with Policy Manager and setup a separate rack for the staff.
