When DynDns support is enabled now Untangle reports its outside address which in a deployment where Untangle is not the edge device looks really funny to see a non-routable address in a DNS server. In the next version can you set up ddclient.conf to use the checkip service from DynDns?

Yes in 5.1 expect the web check to be used when selecting the DynDns service for dynamic dns.
