Proxy Sites

Hi, I am a IT Administrator.

I used untangle's web filter, its fine, but when it comes to web filtering ,my students uses proxy sites and bypass my untangle server.
So, what is the use of unatngle, if it can not block proxy sites.

Is there any other way to block proxy site sin untangle. If so, tell me............

Blocking protocols SOCKS, TOR will help. Untangle has a very large number of uses. Once you get the past the proxy issue, you will have an opportunity to find out. If you read the forums (search for PROXY), you will see that the largest issue to deal with is proxies, because you can fire up a proxy server in your family room, tell someone about it, and next thing you know, 100 people are using it. We block it, and you start a new one. Ad nauseum...
