Wake Up machines via portal

With the ability to do RDP, it would be great to be able to send a "wake up" packet if the machine is not accessable. I hate to have to re-configure all of the workstations to stay on to enable the use of the portal software.

Just a simple suggestion.

do you know if this is possible?
I know some bios have wake-on-lan, is that a standard thing now?

Most machines or netcards now have the ability to wake on lan. Older machines may not, but I doubt that you would be connecting to them anyways for desktop sharing.
