How do I set the search domain for OpenVPN clients? This setting is fairly important at our site. Fully qualified names work great as do IP's but users like shorthand.

Thanks

Is your Untangle in a router mode or the bridge mode? If the Untangle is handling the DNS, you can assign a name to your PCs and servers. If the Untangle is not handling the DNS, then you are correct, you must use FQDN or the IP address.

Could you enter search domain.com in resolve.conf in Untangle and it work?

Is it to late to get this functionality added to the next release. I'm pretty sure that this is going to be important to most companies looking at your product. The OpenVPN server does offer a setting (push dhcp-option DOMAIN domain.tld) the problem I have trying to use this is that the program over writes that config file removing the addition every time I try and manually add it.
