Web Filter not works

Hi guys!

I have configured UT in transparent bridge mode, my rack:


-Spam Block
-Fish Block
-AntySpyware Block
-Kaspersky (trial)
-Intrusion Prevention
-Protocol Control
-Firewall
-Reports ....and
-Professional Pack (trial :) )

My Web Filter was configured and it was working fine,but today do not works anymore =(

I have put some rules, like "Block Web Mail" and "Block Gambling" into Block List Tab, also some custom web pages into "URL's" with no results. Also I makes rules to Policy Manager for "routing" traffic through another Rack with Web Filter activate, but I find the same result.

I think that the Web Filter service is not working fine. I have been trying to uninstall/reinstall the service also I have been trying to reboot the machine with no results ....

Any Ideas?

are you sure your policy rules aren't sending the traffic to another rack that does not have the web filter (like the 'no rack')?
