Need to view reporting by month and total.

How do you view reports by month and total? I need to know total bandwidth in and out for a month, not just daily and weekly. And then a total from say 6 months or a year or 5 months and so forth is necessary too.

Ahhh, i think i can help you with one out of 3. Most likely you have the monthly reports generating at the first day of the month. You can go to your reports module and check the generation settings. Then, go to a web browser and type youripaddress/reports login. Upper right hand corner, there is the archive reports. You can select the May 1st or any of the first day of the month. You should see the monthly reports on your left.

Currently, we do not offer the 6 months, 1 year, and etc reports. You might want to file this as an enhancement request.

Doesn't matter anymore because i'm not going to use a broken Untangle anymore. It keeps stop working for me and i'm sick of it and how there's no fix.

Not only did he not do this but he has an obvious hardware issue and he's either too lazy or incapable of following the instructions provided to troubleshoot it.
