Spam Blocker , blocks all tcp port 25 connection

after last Thursday all correct and without spam ip like yahoo mail server or gmail server has blocked by spam blocker module , untangle version is 5.2 , who can help me ? is this a solution for solve ? no change was affect to server , i dont know why spam blocker was start to block all ip even yahoo or gmail. :confused: if any one know please help me .

I also having the same problem.

My emails get stuck in the Outbox. My email server is setup up behind the Untangle box in Bridge mode. All emails get blocked for some reason.

I stopped the SPAM blocker and it start sending again.

Any idea what happened?

hmm.......that's interesting is this pop/imap? Or smtp?
Inbound or outbound?
Internal mail servers or only the external public mail servers?

all smtp connection ( not imap or pop3) from external (like yahoo mail servers) to my servers, will blocked by spam blocker module, when i stop spam blocker , it works good and my servers can recive emails, but when i start , no connection can established , i test it with some mail server like yahoo, gmail and... but it doesnt work ,nontheless yahoo or gmail ip address are not in spamhaus.org spam list .do u have any idea ? what do i do ?

i have external facing mail servers that have receive pop3 and send using smtp. not sure abt imap. i cannot send emails to yahoo or receive from yahoo when spam blocker is running. once i stop the spam blocker, i can send and receive. do i need to create a dmz and place my servers in it instead? i using 5.1

do you have tarpit on?

i'm guessing either they got blacklisted or they changed something in the servers

i dont use tarpit & my servers ip are not in black list ( not sbl,xbl , nor pbl )
when i start spamblocker , all correct connection from other mail server will be blocked by spamblocker module . what do i do ? can you help ? this is so important 4me . :confused:
