rebuilt server no policy

Hi there,

I had to reinstall untangle as my harddrive died, I have prepaid for the policy manager but how do i download the sofware? i have about 7 months of un- used time! I am running 5.3

You need to have a Untangle store account, and you'll need to contact Untangle support. We'll need your store account email address, your old activation key (if you have access to it) and exactly what your subscription is for. Send that in an email to support@untangle.com. We can fix things up and tell you what you'll need to do afterwards (one easy process). From the time that you sent in your email, we will be available 11 hours from that time and can take care of it.
