Wrong violator name

Hi all,

I have a problem on reporting, I have recently installed the Active Directory and the Policy Manager component. When I look at the reports for example the web filter report summary. It displays the following:

Top 15 Logged Violators

UserA----------279----87%
UserB-----------30------9%
UserC-----------12------4%
Overall Totals:--321----100%

From these violators, UserA was out of office for this day. But he is the one who installed UT and he puts his name during UT installation. UserB and UserC are both Domain users. How can this happen and how can I correct this problem for the future?

are they behind a NAT box or sharing an IP?

No, it is not. But I have a TS in the network.

These users using different machines and they are behind the NAT. UserB and UserC are correct on the violation report.

Yes, I am userA.

Whoever installed it, userA, that doesn't have ANYTHING to do with the violators report. In the newer reports, are you still listed as the main violator? What kind of violations are triggered ?

Thanks Juan for the respond, Yes, the main violator is still userA. I created another domain user instead of using UserA for day to day activity. Even if UserA is not longed on the domain, his name is still listed on the daily web violators report.

What users do you see under http://your_ut_server/adpb/debug ?

All are domain users, but I see also a Domain administrator account.
