I have downloaded Untangle 5.3 to play with. I understand that the logs will not show anything for the first 24hrs. What about the event logs do I have to wait 24hrs before I see anything and will it then show realtime events or delayed.

Event Logs show immediately. Reports will show data on the second day.

Thx I have installed 5.3. All seems ok but I have no events even after a day. Is there a setting I have to enable. I have not set mail details on this box as am just testing and logon locally.

What modules do you have loaded? If you do have modules loaded AND you're in bridge mode, have you verified that you don't have it cabled up backwards?
