I sthere a "hack" or a way to send messages to the computers that are getting an ip. like some time of messaging system so that if i see an unauthorized user on ym DHCP list i can message and be "like ahole get off"

I don't think so.

You could add a port forward that redirect all of the port 80 traffic to a web server that says "ahole get off!"

Thats funny. i was just seeing because our company is growoing and getting very big and so i wanted to control everything remotely. kinda ya know.
