Hello there. Recently we have implemented Untangle to users throughout our network. I am inquiring on how I could enable streaming media for users on our network or just to have it enabled for a few users.

My apologies for the vagueness of my post. Our users are streaming audio via Windows Media Player. When you say products do you mean the different racks from the user interface?

Which one of the applications (in the rack) is blocking the streaming media?

By default, none of our products (Virus Blocker, Intrusion Prevention, Firewall, etc.) blocks streaming audio. Is streaming audio not getting through for your users? Were any changes made to the configuration of any of the rack products?
