Is Virus Blocker some thing different from ClamAV?
I mean is it exactly ClamAV or different from it?

I noticed that my Untangle server is going out on an ntp port to ip address 216.14.98.234. NSLookup identifies this ip as ntp2.Your.org. Why is this happening?

I guess the Virus Blocker would be about the same as Clam AV, since all of it's coding etc is based on it...
