Remote Access Portal Appending s to end of file type

hi,

I am trialling the Remote Access Portal and everything is working fine, however if for example I save a text file (say example.txt) using Save As to my computer from the portal it appends an s to the filename (example.txts).

This happens with every kind of file and I can see no reason for it or a way to change this behaviour. If implemented i would not want to spend my days instructing users to rename file extensions.

Any ideas?
