partner responce takes long ?

i send 2 partner request for untangle , and received 2 auto response . which doesn't include any info :)

iv been waiting for someone to contact me either by email or phone , so how long does it take

same here. I have sent multiple request for information on reseller and partnership and yet to receive any news from untangle. I'm from Singapore and was wondering is willing to support the reseller program here. Can someone from untangle answer this? Thanks in advance.
