Facebook Chat Blocked Phishing Filter?

I have placed an Untangle NAT server in a hotel. They offer free internet to Guests and Staff. Complaints have been made that aspects of Facebook are not working such as Chat. My first thought was Spyware Filter so I added the usual www.facebook.com, *.facebook.com and *.fbcdn.net. This had no affect. The only application that has anything in the logs about Facebook is the Phishing Filter turning this app off does nothing in fact turning all apps off does nothing. We are not using Web Filter at all.

Watching the Untangle activity when accessing Facebook only thing you see is Pass on all Apps.

Any ideas I am puzzled.

Did you enable the Jabber protocol in Protocol Control?

Yes Jabber was ticked I have unticked it but unfortunately it made no difference.
