"is it certified" doesn't speak of what certification you are referring to. The industry is quite littered with different certifications for this or that. Most of which as dmorris is hinting at are quite worthless...

Then again if Untangle ever wants to be serious within the enterprise sector it will have to get some of this paper. People like that sort of things for their walls.

A few things to note:

That organization clearly states that it is an "Independent division of Verizon Business". Honestly, you really don't know how "independent" they really are.

Another thing I noticed is that there isn't any Cisco gear on there. That alone potentially speaks volumes. I know that Cisco isn't the be-all end-all but seriously...
