NTR remote support problem

Hi

First off this is my first post on this forum so don’t give me too much of a hard time, :) and second thanks to all the developers for putting their time and hard work into this program.


That being said, I'm having trouble the remote program I use to gain access to my computers, for some reason when I have the virus blocker, spam blocker, or phish blocker it won’t let me connect and it get hung in the auth process. If I take all of those off it has no problem moving through, but whenever one is turned on it doesn’t go through. I have tried to configure the programs every way that i can think of, even having the program turned on but not scanning anything still doesn’t let it through.

Any help is much appreciated

Welcome to the forums.
As I understand this product, it may require the need to open ports 21, 25, 80, 110, 443 and 11438. Perhaps it may be best to port forward the last one. So make certain all of these are open through your UT and you should have no problem.
