Is there a location in the web filtering program where I can deny certain workgroups access to parts of the internet while allowing others?

Or do I have to block/allow by IP only?

If you have the professional package, you can setup multiple racks. Each rack can have their own policy. This policy is based on IP address or range of addresses.
