NIC Problem, do I have to reinstall?

I have tried some NICs that others say work. It recognized my no name onboard NIC, but won't work with two common 3com models. I first tried a no name PCI and after the install switched to the 3coms. My question is do I have to reinstall from scratch to get untangle to see my new NICs. It is still only seeing the onboard NIC. It just says unknown for external and DMZ. I heading to the store now to pickup a Linksys and hope for better luck. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Answered my own question. Popped in the Linksys card and it worked fine. Just need another for DMZ. I have Spam, virus and web filtering working. I am very impressed after using high end products like Websense, Postini and Packeteer. This is really great.

Yes, Untangle is the BEST project I've ever seen.

I also had issues with 3COM nics, only the 905 chipset-like worked for me and had so many issued with Gigabit fiber 3com nics.
