We've been evaluating Untangle server for the past week and been very pleased with it's ability to reduce the spam message rate on our email server.
This afternoon some strange things have been happening that I can't explain, I was wondering if anyone had any clues what's happening.
- Can't access the reports page any more, when you go to the URL, you get a message that says "the URL you are trying to reach does not exist". This happens even from the console.
- Suddenly spam messages are getting through that are clearly spam. But when I look at the event log on the spam blocker appliance, I never see an entry for the message (pass or block). It's almost as if the server is ignoring the traffic.
