CP to Hotspot modification

We have to untangle boxes with 100 license each and we are trying to modify portal page to our needs. (company Galaxy Broadband).
I have a testing VMware installed with Bandwidth Control and Captive Portal.
Where are local user's accounts stored? I wasn't able to find in postgreslq uvm database. Is it stored in another place?
What process controls/monitores quotas? And where are these rules/quotas stored? Again I wasn't able to find this in uvm database.

Users are in slapd. This will change in future versions.
Quota settings are store in settings in /usr/share/untangle/settings/untangle-node-bandwidth
Current Quota usage is stored in memory. The Bandwidth Control app monitors quotas.

It might help if you tell us what you're trying to accomplish.

Modifying the internals of the Untangle is not going to be a viable long term solution as all your changes are going to get overwritten upon upgrade.

I have in mind to customize CP or create a new node that would act as hotspot. I will try to contact developers.
