(OOT)Global Policy Management Doesn't exist

Hi

This is probabaly is out of topic of AD Connector

I install UT, and set AD connector.

Settings on UT is ok, testing successfull.

But I have problems settings up the vbs script on the
Domain Controller.

I am working on Windows Server 2003 R2 Sp2,
There is no Global Policy Management, as mention
on the wiki.

I tried to install, but always failed.

Said that there is no Dot Net Framework installed.

But I am sure there is already Dot Net Framework 2, 3 and 3.5

Please help ...

I'm testing the Directory Connector and Policy Manager.
I just used the active directory users and computers picked the OU I wanted a policy on and went to the properties for that OU picked the Group Policy tab and created a new policy on that OU from there and edited it.
It worked fine.
I've since installed the Group Policy Management msi but it did work before I did that.
