Can't show out all AD users

Dear all,

I have tested with Directory connector and policy manager. Active directory test is passed. However, I only checked out part of the user lists, some of them are missing.

In addition, I tried to use either AD users or "user groups" for the new custom rack, but it looks not workable. It only works with IP addresses.

Pls advise. Thanks.

how many users do you have?

you have to do something special if you have >~1000
