AD Groups Don't Work Help plz

I read this post:

I have the same problem that the user describes at the beginning of the post, but that problem persist, I even restart the server and the Untangle and wait 24hrs only to be sure.

Can someone help me plz.

How are you testing?

Do you see the correct user listed under that IP in Directory Connector?

Ty for the fast replay, now is working fine, the problem was that I configure Active Directory Organization and the user wasn't in that OU

, but now I have another problem but is no related to the AD Groups, I will post later if I don't find another post with the problem.

Make sure you understand the implications of what you're doing before trying to follow these directions. It often helps troubleshooting if you have a good network map.
