Someone had run every single directory connector patch ever written. You can't run patches for old version against newer versions. It just makes a mess and as a result everything was screwed up.
I won't point fingers cause I don't know who has access to your machine, but someone ran ALL of them in a row, even the ones for past versions long before support had ever logged into the machine. You too can easily see all the logs in your zsh_history and login history.

Secondly, its clear you have more than one box, and you're doing frequent reinstalls while support is troubleshooting your issues. When you email I would include a UID *every* time. You keep saying the Directory Connector test is failing, but I can clearly see it working. I assume you are talking about a different box so I would open a *new* ticket and go through the same process.

I realize you are frustrated, but without clear and concise communication we will not be able to help you effectively.
