Hi Everyone,
I really hope I am able to explain my issue in the correct fashion for everyone to understand. We have recently purchased UT Premium Package. We are trying to configure Directory Connector with AD to no avail. I fill in the details as requested in the AD Connector section and when I click on Active Directory Test, it comes back as "Success! Your settings work". But as soon as I click on Active Directory Users it returns as [any] in the message block. I have tried with Active Directory Organization left blank, with a specified OU etc as instructed by this very helpful post wiki.untangle.com/index.php/AD_Connector - all to no avail. Furthermore, Policy Manager is installed (not configured). Here is my current system if it can help: UT: v9.0.1 Server: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 I hope the above info would be helpful. |

Did you click "Apply" after entering the AD connection settings? The AD test button will work without the settings saved but the User listing requires the settings saved.
