Hello everyone,
I have had Directory Connector setup and functioning fine in the past. My network was having some issues with a switch and I took Untangle out of the loop for a few days while I worked on the other issue. Since turning Untangle back on and bringing it back in the loop, the Directory Connector piece is no longer functioning. I have troubleshooted it to the best of my knowledge, which is admittedly not deep regarding Untangle etc. -I ran an Active Directory connection test. It came back with "success" and I can see all the users in the "AD Users" box below. -I have setup the logon script. Still no users in the Username Map. -I have manually run the .VBS script. Still no users in the Username Map. Like I mentioned earlier, this was working before I had the box off for a few days. Nothing has changed to my knowledge, and I'm not really sure what to do next. Any advice/direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ryan |

a few things to check:
has the IP of the Untangle changed? is Internal HTTP Administration checked at Config > Administration? if you go to a blocked site, what does the block page look like?

HLarsen,
Thanks for such a quick response! The IP has not changed. Internal HTTP Admin is checked (I'm able to administer it, etc). The block page says "Web Filter" on the top, center, and then there are five lines on the left explaining what the page was and why it was blocked, etc. |

Are you in bridge mode? If so, your interfaces are plugged in backwards.
