Hello,
I've noticed a failure to login if my users use their UPN account name (user@domain.com) vs. their SAM Account (user). Is it possible to use UPN? I try to keep a consistent messaging from a user training perspective, with their UPN matching their email address. Thanks, Tim |

Both can be used with Captive Portal.

I find the UPN fails to list group names in the directory connector, whereas SAM account does show the group names.
Since I use group names in my policies, the user fails to match, and no longer has internet access. Thoughts? Thanks, Tim |
