So I am pretty new to the world of Untangle, so please bear with me
. I have purchased both the AD Connector as well as the Policy Manager. I have configured the AD connecter as far as I can tell (the test comes back successful and all my AD users show up in the Active Directory Users window). The problem I am having, is that when I run a report, it only showed usernames for 3 people, and IP Addresses for the other 50 or so. I have followed the wiki closely and have already run through the script-GPO setup portion. Maybe I did something wrong? Any ideas in how to make usernames show for everyone? I was able to search the forums on this topic first, and noticed there were a few threads already on this topic. However, after reading those threads, I did not seem to find the answer I was looking for. Any help would be very greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance for any help you might be able to provide me with. ![]() |

Welcome,
Generally speaking if you're only seeing three users you need to make sure the login script is running. It took almost a week for it to trickle into all the clients at the site I have it running. I still have a lot of IP addresses in the list. Thus far all the IP's I've found that don't show the name simply haven't been rebooted since I put the login script in group policy. And I'm a month later!
