Default scan https checkbox?

What does the scan https checkbox do? What is the difference if it is checked or not.

Thanks

It allows secure sites to be blocked. It's not possible for UT to know the URL on a secure site because it is encrypted. Checking that box allows you to block secure sites based on IP address so that people can't get around content blocking by going to secure sites instead of unsecure sites.
