Hmmm don't see what all this fuss is about
After I install update and configure the basics in untangle, I shut it down disconnect keyboard, mouse, monitor, set up in bios to start up after power fail this way worst case senerio unplug it and plug it back in just like an appliance you dont need the shutdown switch connected to the motherboard or even the restart switch, keyboard or moniter. disconnect them after install and set up in the bios to start up after power Fail I surprised nobody posted this Oh just one thing you do need and that's power cord! lol You could allways hardwire it, solder it to power supply, That's a joke. though I thought about it I wouldn't do thatLast edited by untangleme; 11-12-2011 at 03:03 AM.. |

I don't touch a console to work on UT, the only time i have had a console on UT is when i install it, then move it into the rack, after that it is all https and SSH access for me! Sonicwall simply does the "console" step in their factory, since you dont install Sonicwall - you configure it.
