I had one box taken out by upgrade. Could not reinstall at all. Had to switch from 32 bit to 64 bit. There are 4 other units that are exactly the same that did not die. The only difference I can think of was the one that died was in router mode. The survivors are all in bridge.

Funny, after every update - my Admin interface goes down. Have tried 6 different servers, and are now on VM to cope with the dissapering of the interface - this is no lite's and with a Education Premium. Gave up on Bandwidth control since Support says that if I've change any rules, they dont support it (so I've cant get what I've wanted from that app). There are some issues with Untangle, but it the best out there - there are even more issues with the admin of this server (me)... All in all, things happen - make backups before you change things.

say what? support told you if you change rules in bandwidth control it is not supported? I would check with dmorriss on that one i think a support rep was having a lazy day. If he confirms it then there's issues.

No. I don't know the details. I doubt the support rep would say thats an accurate description of what was said.

Give us a call back. I think there was a misunderstanding between yourself and the support rep because that is fully supported.
