[Feature] Bandwidth Control - pull down menus instead of manually entry of items

Hello,

in the bandwidth control system, under creating new rules, if you make a rule, for example, to meet the condition:

and "Web Filter: Category"

you have to manually type in the category, which leaves room for mistakes, or you now have to close that window, go over into webfilter and find the category you want to block, copy the name, go back and add it into your filter rule.

Could it be considered to add a pull down menu instead with all of the categories?

This also applies for Directory Connector selection, you have to copy and paste the info instead of being able to choose it from a menu option or drop down box which would be much quicker.
