Default Pass rule based on Mac Address

Would it be possible to setup a rule or rules to allow access to voip or other ports only from specific mac addresses? By looking around looks like i can use packet filter instead of the firewall? Is that just for this rule or for everything?

i think the Packet Filter is the only place you can control access by MAC, but yes, you can set up rules there to control access to whatever.
