Default Best way to block internet access for one user?

I've got a client who runs Untangle.

The client called me and asked me to block a particular user's computer from being able to access the web.

Is this best done in web filter lite, or in the Firewall?

The workstation will still, of course, need to be able to download AV updates.

I've posted this in the Web Filter Lite section also hope that's ok.

They don't have policy manager.

Multiple posts won't help you, in fact it's considered rude and may incline some to simply ignore you.

There are many paths to do this, I'd personally use the firewall. But it's up to you.
