If you have support, contacting them will be your best bet. If you're running an unsupported box, a fresh installation may be needed. Or else, you will need to troubleshoot each issue. I'm not saying the upgrade process doesn't have bugs, nor am I saying the 9.1 release doesn't have issues. What I am saying is that the upgrade process causes strange things to happen from time to time. And often these situations are artifacts from some issue that was preexisting. How old is your installation?

FWIW, I was recently informed by tech support that these early releases aren't officially supported. I was referred to bugzilla to report any issues I was encountering.
