i opened some ports for example port # 5222. but i dont want it to be used from outside to access my network. i configured my firewall like in the attachment. even i open 5222 from inside to outside, firewall is still blocking this port.

So make sure this rule is at the top of your list.
Inbound you have no worries, you can open every single port Outbound you want (how most SOHO routers work, outbound everything is open), that doesn't mean someone can get INTO your network since you have no Port Forward rules going anywhere.
