Default Ok I need help

I have a phone VOip company testing my network to public internet .
they have a request that i open ports on the firewall well
not a big deal with most of my other stuff but with untangle how
do i do this because I can not open a range of IPs or am I missing something ?

this is my gig
Are the required ports open on the firewall/PCs?
45056—49151 (UDP)

3239 and 5060 (TCP and UDP)

Network:
Private (MPLS, PTP, etc.) — Turn off PC firewalls
Public (Internet) — Open firewall ports

do I have to list my IP addresses on my network ?
as 192.168.3.2 - 192.168.3.250
if so the untangle just makes a red Error box on me >
Maybe I'm having tocobell brain farts ?
but HELP

all outbound ports are open unless you've closed them, in which case you would know you closed them and how to open them.

The two places you could have things blocked would be in the Firewall module, or in Network->Advanced->Packet Filters. But again, by default nothing is blocked.

Sooooo Being that it is 01:29 over here. I had to open ports for polycom to let the ring thru to the PC so if its not a PC to net app then ? /? its open and there is no need to open the ports there just asking me to make sure its open @$%


its been a VERY long month
thanks again LOTS OF NEW tech flooding us over there

If your VoIP phones are behind Untangle, and your PBX is in the cloud. You don't have to do anything.

If you have a VoIP PBX behind Untangle, and want phones from the cloud to connect, you need to forward ports to the PBX according to the PBX's documentation.

You should not need to forward ports to a polycom device ever! The requisite connection details are handled when the device registers.

thanks guys I'm going in 1000 directions basically at the other location I just need to point to the KSU being in installed at the location MAIN Site in the untangle over there Nice thanks again every one
I'm going to push the issue about getting funding to to with the full package
