I just spent a bunch of time looking at CPU benchmarks to make CPU speed comparisons. I averaged all of the benchmarks and got the following results.

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 is 3.85 times as fast as an Intel Atom 330 Dual Core.

Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 is 3.28 times as fast as an Intel Atom 330 Dual Core.

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 is 1.17 times as fast as an Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300.

I chose the Intel Core 2 Duo and Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU's based on the one's included in the current combo deals on NewEgg (ASUS Barebones Server).
