Off-Site Administration Disabled

Hey all, having an odd issue with the untangle server here at work. I changed one of the route statements in the GUI and then kept getting the forbidden error. Now when trying to access the GUI it says off site administration disabled. Is there any reason why this happens? It happens more often on my untangle build at home. Typically it comes back after 4 or 5 minutes but now its not, obviously its the middle of the day and a reboot is out of the question.

Almost I forgot I have been running wire shark all day. Looks like it was consuming 50% of the memory, that may be the issue right there.
