    Default Looking for a Low profile PCI Express x16 or X1 card that is compatible?

    I am looking for a Low profile PCI Express x16 or X1 card that is compatible with untangle.

    Any suggestions?

    Try with an HP NC360T, they are cheap on eBay. Most sellers have the normal and low profile bracket available, just ask them.

    that price seems high for a Intel CT card.

    try: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833106033, and this one definitely comes with the low-profile bracket.

    The CT card does work great for Untangle, as does the similar GT card for PCI slots.

    I have used both the Zonet ZEN3320E and Rosewill RC-401-EX without any issues.

    Now that I'm not "Building" hardware anymore, I'm a little behind the times.

    I do know however the cheap realtek knock off nic's suck when it comes to serious speed (over 30mb). Spend the extra $20 and get an intel.
