LSI Megaraid problems

Hey all

I'm am in the process of installating Untangle on a newer IBM server on a remote site.

We have had Untangle running in VMWare on the site, but due to new updates and performance issues Untangle Support told os to do a physical installation on the server.

My problem now is that the Untangle installation doesn't recognize the LSI Megaraid SAS on the server

I've tried bypassing the raid controller in BIOS, but this is not possible. The server is located abroad and there is no IT personal aboard who would be able to do a physical bypass of the raid controller...


I've seen other posts regarding this issue in the forum, but they are all closed.


Could anyone help me to inject/install/activate the Megaraid drivers into the Installation?

Add a single SATA (or IDE) disc if you have the controller in the motherboard.

I have the same MegaRaid card and the same incompatibility issue. Anyone find a way around this?
